Baby clothing is cute, but what about comfortable?
I see alot of cute clothing, but they have buttons, and all those zippers and things. These outifts are so cute but do babies feel comfortable in them?
I pretty much had two different types of clothing for my kids–the cute kind that they wore for the short time we were out in public or at family gatherings, and the other kind for at home stuff. I had the zippered one-piece pj type of clothes for the majority of the at home clothes. They were soft and probably comfortable. (Plus easy for me to change them.) The other set was the cutesy stuff that hung up in the closet and was worn when I wanted the "awwww" response! (Just be sure to have a spit up rag on hand when wearing those outfits!)
i get the soft ones. The snaps are good and buttons and zippers as they are flat on the skin. Things like denim is a far cry from the water they have been living in for 9 monhts

i don’t put my son in anything that i wouldn’t be comfortable in. all those clothes are really cute, but not practical and they certainly can’t be comfortable.

They don’t look comfortable to me either, which is why when my girls were newborns they were in soft sleep-to-play sleepers with feet most of the time. Now that they are 8 months old I still try to keep them in comfy clothes. I tend to avoid jeans, tights, shoes, and anything else that isn’t soft and comfy-feeling.

My kids were typically in diapers or nothing, and nothing else. They couldn’t stand their clothes.

I put mine in sleepers and gowns for the first few months… until they started trying to crawl. And shoes aren’t recommended for babies feet…. and when they do start walking and need shoes there are shoes that have leather soles. They say that it affect the way their feet develop if they wear shoes.

most baby clothes are made for comfort because babies have such sensitive skin but for the ones that arent, there are onesies or undershirts to put under them to make them more comfortable against the skin if a baby isnt comfortable believe me they will let you know without hesitation. carters is a really good brand for babies as they are cute comfy and they wash up really well

I use only 100% cotton,and I make sure that the zippers and snaps/buttons will not be uncomfortable for my baby.There are alot of cute baby clothes out there that I think can still be comfy.If I have my baby in his saucer or jolly jumper I make sure he is wearing something that does not have buttons down the inside of his legs so it does not hurt him as well,I know I am a little overboard but I am all about my baby’s comfort.

I like for my babies to be in the soft and easy outfits. I think the carters cotton gowns are great! I love the organic clothing lines out now too. Especially at night no zipper and no buttons. Here is my favorite clothing companys…….

Dress the baby in soft clothing, it is easier on the skin and for the babies to move around in .

well at home I usually let my 6 month old wear sleepers or the rompers because they are soft and he can move around easier but when we have company or we go out I will dress him up in overalls or pants nothing too fancy
